Harriet (Davies) Carr was born in Walton on the Hill, Lancashire, England.

Harriet was born about 1848 to Samuel Davies and Margaret (possibly Bateman?). She married Henry Carr in 1866. Harriet passed away and was buried on 28 Mar 1905.
