Biography

Alice (Davis) Collins was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)

Charlotte was born in 1887, in Kaniva, Victoria, Australia. She was the daughter of Charles Davis and Elizabeth Gray [Grow]. [1]

Alice (17) married Denis Collins (32) on 21 Sep 1903, in Tatura, Victoria, Australia. Written consent was given by Charlotte's parents, William Charles Davis and Elizabeth Grow gave their consent. They were residing at Waranga Basin, Victoria, Australia. [2]

Alice passed away on 31 July 1907, due to a uterine haemorrhage, aged 22 in Mooroopna, Victoria and her estate passed probate on 4 October 1907. She was buried in Rushworth Cemetery, Rushworth, Victoria, Australia. [3] [4] [5] Her Will, in the Supreme Court of Victoria, left her personal estate within the jurisdiction, sworn not to exceed in value, three hundred and fifty nine pounds, eight shillings and three pence, to Denis Collins of Wanalta, her husband.
