Biography
Susan was born about 1837. She is the daughter of Barnabas Davey and Betsy Eliza Rand.
She married William George Vining (Occupation: 1st Regiment Life Guards) in 1860 at Marylebone, Middlesex, England. Her father gave his occupation as Gamekeeper. His father David Vining (Deceased) had been a Cordwainer. Witnesses: Joseph Davies, Fanny Davy.[1]
After being widowed at a young age, she married Sidney Robert Grout (Occupation: Servant) in 1870 at Lambeth, Surrey. Her Father Barnabas Lee Davy gave his Occupation as Farmer. His father Robert Grout gave his occupation as Gardener. Witnesses: Samuel Grout, Charlotte Grout.[2]
