Mary Dayrell, second daughter of Sir Tomas Dayrell [1] of Lillingstone Dayrell, was born August 8 1585 (possibly at Lillingstone Dayrell, Buckinghamshire)[2]
She married married Henry St George [3] on 15th May 1614 [4]
Research Notes
One source[5] says she was the "only daughter of Sir Thomas Dayrell". Another source[6] says that Thomas Dayrell and his wife, Mary (daughter of Robert Horne, Bishop of Winchester) had 3 sons and 3 daughters (though it only names 2)
Thomas, sheriff of Buckinghamshore, died unmarried 1628
Peter, husband of Elizabeth Pratt
Henry
Mary, wife of Sir Henry St. George,
Rebecca, wife of Henry Owen
There is an earlier pedigree in the Visitation of Buckinghamshire which names her as daughter of Paul Dayrell and Frances Sanders. However the compiler adds a new pedigree parenting her as here and saying that the earlier pedigree was confused. [7]
