Biography

Lucy Ellen DeWolf was born on 12 March 1858 in Wolfville, Kings, Colony of Nova Scotia, daughter of Thomas Leonard DeWolf (1816–~1883) and Amelia (Allison) DeWolf (1813–1877).^[1]

She married Horace Edward Billing on 4 August 1880 in Dartmouth, Halifax, Nova Scotia.^[2] They had the following known children:

1. Edith Muriel (Billing) Mahon (1881-1948)
2. Arthur Edward Billing (1882-1883)
3. Horace Stanley Billing (1883-1963)
4. Constance Eleanor (Billing) Hobart (1886-1960)
5. Florence Beatrice (Billing) Cary (1890-1952)^[3]

Lucy died on 26 October 1919 in Wandsworth, London, England, United Kingdom, aged 61. She was interred in the West Norwood Cemetery in London.^[4][5]
