Thomas was born on the 3rd December 1703 and baptised on the 13th December 1703, at Sandwich Independent Chapel, Sandwich, Kent, England, the son of Isaac Debock and Jane Debock[1].
On the 27th March 1731 a marriage licence was issued for the marriage of Thomas of St. Peter in Sandwich and Anna Bunton of St. Mary in Sandwich to take place at either St. Mary, Sandwich or Elmstone, Kent, Englnad[2]
On the 28th March 1731, Thomas and Anna Bunton of Sandwich were married at Elmstone church, Elmstone, Kent, England[3].
He passed away aged 64 years in 1768 at St. Peter in Sandwich, Kent, England and was buried on the 12th February 1768 at St. Clement, Sandwich, Kent, England[4].
