Ludwig was born on November 16, 1853 in the village of Johannestal in the Beresan district of the Odessa area and Black Sea region of South Russia to Johann Ludwig Delzer and Sophia (Eissinger) Delzer. He was the ninth of their 11 children. Ludwig was baptized on November 18, 1853.[1]
Death
On May 7, 1870, at the age of 16, Ludwig passed away in Johannestal.[2]
