Grace was born in 1918. She was the daughter of John Dewling and Emma Day. She passed away in 2002.
Obituary
WALSH, Grace Cavell (nee Dewling) - WWII, R.C.A.F., June 9th, 1918- January 31st, 2002. Passed peacefully away surrounded by family, our mother and friend, Grace Walsh, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Arch in 1990. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, daughters: Shirley Heffernan (Mike), Cathy Norman (Harold); sons: Jim (Martha), John (Jean Paul), Rick; beloved grandchildren: Shelley, Harold Jr., Michael, Amanda, Erin, and beloved grandchildren Tenae, Samantha, Haley and their mother Cindy; precious great-grandchildren: Jordan, Hayley and Ryan; sisters Frances (Don) MacKenzie, B.C.; Cora Oswald, Michigan and Ethel Culmore, Ontario; and a large circle of relatives and friends and special friends Agnes O`Keefe, Dot Jardine, Agatha Tobin, Marg McKinn, Iris and Len Walsh and families. Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Friday, February 01, 2002 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. -9 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday, February 2, 2002 at 10 a.m. from Caul`s Chapel. Interment to follow at the Field of Honor, Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
