Biography

Francesco di Carlo is a Corleone native resident, the son of Giuseppe di Carlo and Carmela Pennino, who married in 1801. He is named after his paternal grandfather.

Francesco's future brother-in-law, Biagio Listi, kills three people in the Republican riots of 1837, and is executed for his crimes.

Francesco marries Biagia Listi, daughter of Vincenzo Listi and Giuseppa Palazzo, on 15 May 1842. His parents have died by this time.[1]

Francesco and Biagia have at least one child, Leoluca (c. 1862).

Leoluca marries Anna Maria Salvaggio on 28 July 1884.[2]

Death

Francesco, a resident of via San Giuliano, dies at the reported age of 59 in Corleone. He is predeceased by his wife, Biagia, and his parents.[3]
