Biography

Bernardo di Rao, the son of Calogero di Rao and Lucia Catalinotto, is born and baptized on 28 June 1825 in Corleone. His godparents are Giuseppe Marsalisi and his wife, Pasqua.[1]

He is confirmed on 16 November 1829 in Corleone. His sponsor is Pellegrino Cudia.[2]

Marriage

Bernardo marries Domenica Cutrera, the daughter of Leoluca Cutrera and Lucia Marino, on 23 January 1853 in Corleone. His parents are still living.[3]

Bernardo and Domenica have at least five children.

Calogero is born and baptized on 9 February 1854 in Corleone. His godparents are Francesco and Maria di Miceli, a a married couple.[4]
