Marie Célanire Dorval was born on 5 Mar 1854 probably in St-Evariste-de-Forsyth, daughter of Edouard Dorval, farmer, and Apolline Jacques from Forsyth. She was baptised on the 12th in the parish of St-Vital-de-Lambton, with Joseph Jacques and Sophie Jacques standing as her godparents. None signed[1].
