She married William Thomas Weldon in Macon County, Alabama. They married sometime between the 1930 Census and the birth of Felix in 1938. They had one child:
In the 1940 United States Census, she is listed as 41, married, finished 2nd year of high school and living in the household of Wm. T. Weldon, her husband, in Election Precinct 9, Notasulga, Macon County, Alabama. [10]
She died, at the age of 63, on April 17, 1960 in Tuskegee, Alabama.[1] She is buried, beside her 1st husband, at the Notasulga City Cemetery in Notasulga, Alabama. [11]
