David Burpee Dow was born on 23 Dec 1938 in Hartland, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Burpee Smith Dow (1909 - 1965) and Jennie Evelyn (Adair) Dow (1910 - 1985).

David died on 25 Mar 2023 in Hartland aged 84. He is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Hartland.^[1]
