Biography
Virginia was born in 1878. She was the daughter of Andrew Dozier and Elizabeth Hamilton.
Virginia first married Andrew Persinger in 1896. We are not sure if they divorced or Andrew passed away. She then married Charles Withrow in 1908. She passed away in 1972.
