Agnes Drummond was born in Scotland.

Agnes Drummond was the daughter of Sir John Drummond, 2nd of Innerpeffray and Margaret Stewart.^[1]

She was born in 1523 in Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland.^{[citation needed]}

She was married 3 times:

1. Sir Hugh Campbell of Loudoun before 1561.
2. Montgomerie, 3rd Earl of Eglinton,^[2] as his 2nd wife, son of Hugh Montgomerie, 2nd Earl of Eglinton and Mariot Seton, before 10 August 1562. Montgomerie, 2nd Earl of Eglinton and Mariot Seton, before 10 August 1562. They had issue, including:
   1. Agnes, m. Robert Sempill, 4th Lord Sempill^[2]
   2. Hugh
   3. Margaret
3. Patrick Drummond, in 1588 as his 2nd wife, 3rd Lord Drummond, son of David Drummond, 2nd Lord Drummond and Lilias Ruthven, in 1588. They had no issue.^[1]

Agnes died on 21 January 1589/90.^[1]
