Tessa (Surgeson) Campbell
John was a storekeeper in Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa in 1878. In the 1880´s he and his brother Michael were in partnership as Duigan Bros, storekeepers, on Erf 26 Burger Street (cnr Commercial Rd) John´s residence was on the Duigan property, Erf 75 Burger Street in 1887. According to his death notice he was a grocer and general dealer in Pmb.
