Biography
Lucy was born in 1928. She was the daughter of Samuel Duncan and Sarah Lively. In the 1930 census Lucy (age 2) was the single daughter of Samuel D Duncan in District 12, Anderson, Tennessee, United States.[1] In the 1940 census Lucy (age 12) was the single daughter of Sammy D Duncan in Civil District 12, Anderson, Tennessee, United States.[2]
She passed away in 1988. She was buried at Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Anderson County, Tennessee.[3]
