Biography

Evelyn Dunlop was born in 1909 in Fort Jennings/Sugar Creek Township, Putnam County, Ohio. She the daughter of Eliah Clinton Dunlop and Mary Ann Kelly, ninth of their eleven children. Evelyn Dunlop and Otis Burkhart Basinger. They had a daughter, Kay Elaine, 1943-1949. Evelyn passed away in 1993. [1] [2] [3]

In 1920, the Dunlop family lived in Putnam County, Ohio. Evelyn, 10, born in Ohio, lived with her parents and five siblings.[4]

In 1940, the Basingers lived in Orange Township, Hancock, Ohio. Evelyn Basinger was 29. Her husband Otis was 34. [5]

Evelyn (Dunlop) Basinger, her husband, Otis, and their daughter, Kay Elaine, are buried together at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bluffington, Ohio. Evelyn’s parents, some of her siblings, and other family are buried in River, Ohio. [6]
