Helen was born in 1911. She was the daughter of John Wesley Dyer and Lyda Nettie (Miller) Dyer.

In the 1920 census Helen (age 9) was the daughter of John W Dyer in Palermo, Waldo, Maine.^[1]

In the 1930 census Helen (age 19), Servant, was the single servant of Myron E Fowler in Albion, Kennebec, Maine, United States.^[2]

A HelenM. Dyer married Merle H Hurd on 20 November 1934 in Maine, United States.^[3]

In the 1940 census Helen (age 29) was the wife of Merle Hurd in Palermo, Waldo, Maine, United States.^[4]

In the 1950 census Helen (age 39), Farm Hand, was the widowed sister-in-law of Vaughn E Hurd in Knox, Waldo, Maine, United States.^[5]

Helen was in an obituary in Maine, United States. She died (age 86) on 3 February 1997.^[6]
