Biography
Jane Eastcott was baptized October 3rd 1830 at North Petherwin. She was the daughter of James Eastcott and Jane Goodman.[1]
She was enumerated with her parents in the 1841 Census, living at Billacott Hill, North Petherwin.[2]
In the 1851 census Jane (19) was a 'House Maid' in the household of Walter Bate in Laneast, Cornwall, a farmer of 140 acres. Also in the household were Walter's wife, two daughters, and 3 other servants.[3][4]
Jane married Richard Gregory on 17 March 1853 in North Petherwin, Cornwall, England.[5][6]
She passed away in 1877.
