Biography
Ella Gertrude Echols was born about 1858 to James Walter Echols, Sr. and Mary Ann Whitehead in Macon County, Alabama.[1]
She married Thomas Fletcher Proctor
She died, at the age of 38, on February 2,1893 in Macon County, Alabama. She is buried at the Tuskegee City Cemetery in Tuskegee, Alabama.[2]
