Biography

Thomas, son of William Edden, was baptised on 22 March 1571 in Tredington, Worcestershire, England.^[1]

He married Mary Banbury on 28 February 1597 in Tredington.^[2] They had at least four children:

• William (1598)
• Ann (1600)
• Elizabeth (1605)
• Thomas (1608)

He left a will dated 1 Jan 1646, describing himself as a yeoman of Darlingscott alias Dascott in the county of Worcestershire and requesting burial in the churchyard at Tredington beside his late wife Mary. ^[3]Thomas made bequests to and mentioned:

• my daughter Anne Rowse
• her children Thomas, Anne, John and Mary at the age of 21
• my daughter Elizabeth Halford
• her children William, Francis, Elizabeth and Robert at the age of 21
• my son William Edden
