Biography

When Mary Eddy was born on November 30, 1693, in Swansea, Massachusetts, her father, Caleb, was 50, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 43. She married Joseph Cole on January 9, 1717, in her hometown. They had three children in 11 years. She died on April 17, 1738, in her hometown at the age of 44, and was buried in Kickemuit Cemetery, Warren, Bristol County, Rhode Island
