Adolf werd geboren op 6 mei 1906 in Eindhoven in Nederland. Hij was de tweede zoon van Jo Elias en Jet Elias.[1]

Op 23 oktober 1939 trouwde hij in Eindhoven met Susanne Bertha Sophie Fièche.[2]

Adolf was Joods.[3] In mei 1940 vluchtte hij met zijn familie naar Engeland en later naar New York. Na de Tweede Wereldoorlog keerden ze terug naar Eindhoven.[4]

Adolf is overleden.
