He was noted as born 1919 in Oklahoma and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Hursord H Ellis, wife Zorma Ellis, daughter Mamie D Ellis, daughter Ina B Ellis, son Gorden H Ellis, son Loyd W Ellis, son Gleen W Ellis and son Geven H Ellis.^[2]
