Biography

Eunice was born in 1861 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the daughter of William Smith and Mary (Trumbull) Elmer. The family moved to Oceana County by 1870, in which vicinity Eunice presumably married Ira William Fewless about 1881. ^[1]. In 1887, Eunice married James Martin Ziegler in Kingsley, Michigan and they had five known children. She died in Copemish, Michigan and is buried in the township cemetery there.
