David Ensminger arrived in Pennsylvania on 28 Aug 1750. He settled in York County, near Henry Ensminger, who is believed to be a relative. He was still taxed there in 1768, and is presumed to have died soon after. [1]
David married (1st) Mary Christina [LNU] and (possibly) (2nd) Elizabeth Margaret [LNU].[1][2] His children are identified as :
that DAVID LANDED AT PHILADELPHIA IN 1750 AND LIKELY WENT TO COCALICO TWP WHERE HIS THREE BROTHERS WERE. DAVID AND HIS BROTHER HENRY WENT ON TO NEWBERRY TWP IN YORK COUNTY. (Apparently citing CHRIST EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN RECORDS, YORK)
