Found SSDI listing for Anna Morris: b. 01/14/1894, d. 11/1963, SS# 216-03-9440, MD, bef 1951. There was no listing for Ike/Isaac Morris, d. in MD, but there was an Irving Morris: b. 12/16/1890, d. 08/1981, Baltimore, Baltimore, MD 21207, SS#217-03-7290, MD, bef 1951. Anna's birth year puts her in the same generation as Tamar, Estreya, et al. Possible connections are daughter of Abraham (brother to Joseph and Nachman) or sister to Shlomo/Solomon, Hyman, Moritz, etc. (See also "Isaac Alevy" Notes) Contacted today (9/10/98) by Mara Ergas. Her grandfather, Morris Ergas had a sister, whose first name may have started with an "S". On the other hand, this may be the same sister.
