Biography

William Oswald (Oswald) George Evans was born on 12 January 1905 in Taree, New South Wales, Australia [1], the son of William Foster Evans and Alice Mabel Aldridge and the brother of Valmai Evereen Adella Evans, Albert (Bert) Leslie A. Evans, Phoebe C. Evans, Jack Gordon Foster Evans, Arthur Reginald Evans, Mary Evans and Lorna Evans.

He married Ada Mina Kennedy on 26 June 1926 at Macksville, New South Wales, Australia [2].

Oswald died on 17 April 1983 in Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia. [3] and he was buried in the Kempsey East Cemetery, Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia [4].
