Mary Ann Fairbrother (married name Martyr) was born on 16 September 1831 in Greenwich, Kent, England, the daughter of Eliza (Trainbrottren) Fairbrother and William Fairbrother.[citation needed]
She married James Martyr on 16 April 1851 in Lewisham, Kent.[citation needed] Their children were:[citation needed]
Mary died in December 1877 in Creswick, Victoria, Australia, aged 46 years.[1] Her remains were buried at Creswick Cemetery.
