Biography
When William Woodie Farmer was born on February 25, 1896, in Heard, Georgia, his father, John, was 27 and his mother, Martha, was 21. He had two sons and six daughters with Lillie Kate Farmer between 1918 and 1936. He died on August 25, 1976, in Cullman, Alabama, at the age of 80, and was buried in Simcoe, Alabama.
