Biography
Thomas was born in 1867. He is the son of Leonard S S Farnsworth and Catherine Padgett.
He married Signora Trowbridge in 1889, Preston Co, WV.[3] And they lived together in Buckhannon, Upshur Co, WV. And they seem to have settled in Buckhannon.[4] [5]
By 1920, he has moved to Fort Pierce, St Lucie Co, FL.[6] But they move back to Buckhannon by 1930.[7]
Thomas died 1937 in Pinellas Co, Fl and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Saint Petersburg, Pinellas Co, FL.[8]

The California birth place problem. Several of the Farnsworth/Padgett children have birthplaces listed as California. The research has found listings in West Virginia for Catherine Padgett Farnsworth from 1850-1900. There is no obvious evidence of having resided in California for the decades of childbirth.
