Biography

He was the son of Samuel Farnsworth and Mary Whitcomb. He passed away in 1746.

Probate

The will of Joshua Farnsworth, of Lunenburg, cordwainer, resident, a soldier of Louisbourg, was dated 10 March 1746 and proved on 3 July 1746 in Worcester. He mentioned his brothers, Samuel, David (executor), Stephen, and his sisters, Mary Page, and Abigail Thompson. His inventory was taken on 11 February 1746/47 in Lunenburg.^[1]

In 1748, an account of his estate by David Farnsworth was recorded which included, wages, debts paid, nursing, funeral charges, and administration fees.^[2]
