Biography

James was born in 1817. He married Mary Anne Copperwheat on 2 August, 1835 - he a Batchelor, and she a Spinster and Minor. ^[1] Neither of them were able to sign the Register. Mary passed away after the 1851 Census, and James remarried in 1852. ^[2]J His new wife was Sarah Ann Webster; she had a son, Eldred who was about 2. James passed away in 1887 ^[3] and was buried 21 Oct 1887 at Smallburgh, Norfolk, England, aged 68 years.
