Will, transcribed

Will of John Faver of the County of Essex being sick and week of body, dated 24 Xber [Dec.] 1722. Unto my wife Suzana Faver and her eldest son John Faver the plantation called Porige Pot. The rest and residue of my estate to be equally divided amongst my wife and all my children. This lease of land during the time to my wife during her widowhood. My eldest sons John Faver, Winifret and Theophilus Faver, my three children born of Mary Faver, I do make executors. In case my wife Suzana will not stand to this my will notwithstanding what is given above, I cut of all her children with a English shelin. Essex Co. Wills & Bonds 1722-1730. pp. 43-47.
