Burial
- A very large concourse of people assembled this afternoon to pay their last tribute of respect to the late Mrs Kenning, mourners being present from all parts of the district, and the mournful procession was a very long one. The rites of the Church of England were performed at the church and the grave by the Rev F. Quintrell. INANGAHUA TIMES, 28 JUNE 1913
