OLD AGE PENSIONER FATALITY AT WINDEYER Yesterday (Tuesday) Mrs. Jean Young Sleet was found dead at her home at Windeyer. Apparently she had been dead for a couple of days having fallen on some stones near the kitchen door and injured her temple, which evidently was the cause of her death. Deceased was an old-age pensioner, 69 years of age, and was residing by herself. She was buried at Windeyer this afternoon, Mr. J. C. Swords having charge of the funeral arrangements. As there were no suspicious circumstances Mr. R. J. Cohen, Deputy Coroner, did not conduct an inquiry.[5]
