Amos was born in 1781. He was the son of Jeremiah Finch and Abigail Rundle. He passed away in 1862.
He married Sarah McCullah about 1816 in Pike, Wyoming, New York. Their child was Edwin Finch (1817–1898).
Amos passed away in 1862 in Great Nine Partners, Dutchess, New York followed with burial. Burial details unknown.
