Biography

Jack was born May 27, 1911 in Manhattan, New York, New York, United States.^[1] His parents, both Austrian immigrants, were Aaron Fischelberg and Fannie (Nable) Fischelberg.^[2] (see Notes).

In 1915 Jack lived in Manhattan, New York, New York, United States with his parents and six older siblings^[3] and he was still there in 1920, after his two oldest siblings had left home,^[4] as well as in 1925.^[5]

After his mother's death in 1929,^[6] Jack and his father lived with Jack's sister Jennie, her husband, and their four children in the Bronx, Bronx, New York, United States .^[7]

Jack married Fannie Mittelpunkt June 7, 1936 in Manhattan, New York, New York, United States.^[2]

Jack was living in Queens County, New York, United States at the time of his death in January 1979.^[1]

He is buried in Montefiore Cemetery in Queens, New York, USA.^[8]
