Mrs. Ollie P. Gilpin, 96, died at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Bartonstone Christian Home in Jacksonville.
She was born in Kentucky, the daughter of Stephen and Susan Fisher. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Surviving are one daughter Marjorie Peck of Springfield; one son, retired Col. David Gilpin of Daytona Beach, Fla.; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and one half-brother, Carl Fisher of Scottsdale, Ariz.
Services at Bisch Memorial Home, the Rev. John Caughron and Dr. Donald Clingan officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
