Robert was born in 1876 in Halifax to William Dean Fisher and Sarah Lois Nix. He married Ann Bryce Paterson Feb. 5, 1899 at Halifax. They had 5 children (see below). He was a Store Keeper. He died in 1963 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.[1]
