Biography

Nicholas FitzWarin was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

Nicholas. son of Peter le FitzWarin, and Agnes his wife, appear in a writ of novel disseisin in 1309 in Westbury, Wiltshire ^[1]

Nicholas FitzWarin appears with his wife, Agnes, in 1319, in a quitclaim from John Compayn^[2].

In 1322 he forfeited his lands in Bratton as a rebel against Edward II, but they appear to have been restored to his heirs^[3].

Nicholas FitzWarin appears with his son William in a number of land documents, starting in 1328, when John Compayn "grants in fee, with warranties" land to "Nicholas FitzWaryn and his son William"^[4].

He appears in other land documents in Westbury, Wiltshire, through at least 1339, when he appears as a witness^[5].
