"Bruce Fleetwood died April 20, 1969 at the Columbus Conval. Center, at age 87. He was a resident of Norman, Indiana. Born December 27, 1881 in Salt Creek Twp. Jackson Co. the son of William R. Fleetwood & Lurana Terrell. He married in Brownstown on October 6, 1902 to Stella Scott who survives. They had 3 sons& 2 daughters and 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. One son is deceased. Surviving children are Raymond J. Fleetwood, Angleton, TX. Charles W. Fleetwood, Fargo, N. Dakato. Mrs Fern Whittredge, Norman , Mrs Grover (Blanche) Arthur of Brownstown. Mr. Fleetwood was a retired farmer, a member of the Kurtz Masonic Lodge and was Trustee of Salt Creek Twp. for two years. Burial was in Cornett Grove Cemetery, Jackson County. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and one son. Obit released by Spurgeon Funeral Home of Brownstown, Jackson C.'"'
