Francis was born at Taralga, New South Wales, Australia in 1895. He was the son of Joseph Fleming and Mary Matthews. [1]

He married Charlotte Ena Long at Goulburn in 1935. [2]

Charlotte passed away in 1953.

He remarried. He married Laura Alena Churchill at Goulburn in 1955. [3]

He passed away at Goulburn in 1975. [4][5]

He was buried at Goulburn General Cemetery, Goulburn, Goulburn Mulwaree Council, New South Wales, Australia. [6]
