Leo Floyd became the Administrator of the California real estate in the Estate of Lewis Floyd, in which his aunt was left 5%, but she died in April, 1978, before the estate was settled, he appointed himself Administraion without my pemission or knowledge of her death. He handled all the California real estate left in that estate.i
