Pvt Albert Lester Foltz was born on 6 Sep 1893 in Reynoldsville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, United States, son of James Madison Foltz (1866–1944) and Margaret Ellen (Secrist) Foltz (1864–1921).
Albert died on 26 May 1953 in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, United States, aged 59. He is commemorated at Newton Hamilton Memorial Cemetery, Newton Hamilton, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.[1]
