Biography
Esther Anne Forest was born in 1862 in Maryland, United States, daughter of Mahlon Forrest (1831–1907) and Elizabeth Miller (1833–>1878).
In the 1870 census Hestra (age 7) was in Rockvale Township, Ogle, Illinois, United States.[1]
In the 1880 census Hester (age 17), At Home, was the single daughter of Mahlon Forest in Rockvale Township, Ogle, Illinois, United States.[2]
Esther (19) married John Steinmetz (27) (born on September 13, 1854 in Hagerstown, Washington, Maryland) in 1882 in Ogle, Illinois. [3]
In the 1900 census Annie (age 38) was the wife of John Steinmetz in Oregon Township, Ogle, Illinois, United States.[4]
Esther died in 1907 in Ogle, Illinois, United States, aged 44.
