Cynthia was born about 1815. She was the daughter of Samuel Foster and Civility Travis. She passed away on 6 Sep 1835 in Kentucky. [1]

Cynthia had one son with William Barnett Clinton, Ulysses N Clinton. His birth year is the same year she died, but it is not known if her death is related to childbirth.[4]
