Biography

Lois Ione (Fox) Rounsefell was born on 3 Dec 1904 in California, the daughter of Francis William and Nellie Lea (Parlier) Fox.

She graduated from Stanford University in 1926 with a degree in chemistry.

Lois married George Armytage Rounsefell (1905 - 1976) in 1927 in Stanford Memorial Church, Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, California. Their daughter was Patricia (Rounsefell) McIntosh.

She and George divorced between 1940 and 1942.

Lois died on 3 Oct 1975 in Santa Clara County aged 70.
