Biography

Charles Cecil Francis was born in 1898.[1] He was the son of John Francis and Anne Risk.

He married Phillipa Hilda Castle in Queensland on 4 Jul 1922.[2]

He died in Queensland on 20 Jul 1985,[3] and was buried in the Bundaberg General Cemetery.[4]
